3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ccasino account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. ccasino will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. 3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)
ccasino is required to verify the identity of all players as part of its compliance obligations. You agree to submit any identity verification documents requested by ccasino, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. 4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Deposit Processing
Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your ccasino account instantly. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to one (1) business day to be reflected in your account balance. ccasino does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which ccasino accepts no responsibility.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification and compliance with any applicable bonus wagering requirements. GCash withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days. ccasino reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. 4.4 Currency

5.1 General Bonus Terms

5.2 Wagering Requirements

5.4 One Bonus Per Household
Promotional bonuses are limited to one per household, IP address, device, and payment method. ccasino reserves the right to withdraw any bonus and void associated winnings where it determines that a single individual or household has claimed the same promotion multiple times through different accounts.
